We thought we had a serious transmission problem in October while doing a 36-day driving trip. We stopped at a Nissan dealership in NW Florida on our way back home where they diagnosed our problem as needing a new transmission (or buy a new car they told us). They told us we wouldn't be able to drive the 430 miles home with this problem. When we got home we brought the car to Daytona Nissan for evaluation. Turns out that the only problem we had was the 2 front hub bearings that had burnt up and needed replacing. Problem solved! Since then we put on about 10,000 miles in heat and Chicago's subzero temperatures. Transmission is running fine. This week we took the car back for a diagnostic problem from a horrible noise coming from the back of the car since last summer when we put rear shocks on ourselves. We purchased after- market shocks. We couldn't figure out where the noise was ourselves. They found that we needed new rear shocks. Once Nissan rear shocks were installed, problem solved!!! They know their business and cars. They always give us good service with no complaints from us and they go out of their way to make us happy. More

They transferred my car in, the price which was agreed upon before the transfer (with Tax and Tag left to pay) was another $1000.00 higher. Lots of pressure to accept it or walk away. My story for buying another new car was my 2016 Murano was totaled by young driver who ran a red light. YES I can walk, yet lots of pressure just from this accident! More

Defective RIMS needed replacement! My car is a 2016 (purchased October 2016) NISSAN PATHFINDER. All 4 ALLOY RIMS WERE CORODED. The Clear-Cote was defective and, most probably, salty air My car is a 2016 (purchased October 2016) NISSAN PATHFINDER. All 4 ALLOY RIMS WERE CORODED. The Clear-Cote was defective and, most probably, salty air (we live on the MAINLAND) got under the clear-cote and attacked the ALOY WHEEL. The SERVICE MENAGER, at first tried to convince me that the rims were scratched. There were absolutely no signs of SCRATCH. Than HE told me that THIS KIND OF DEFECT IS NOT COWERED SINCE IT IS "PAINT-AND-TRIM" which is only covered for one year. I indicated to HIM that IF THE DEALERSHIP DOES NOT REMEDY THIS DEFECT I would exercise my option of reporting to CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY. Finally HE agreed to take pictures and send them to NISSAN. To make this long story short, the rims were replaced. NO WONDER THWT TOYOTA SELLS MUCH-MUCH MORE CARS => THEY HAVE A RUST GUARANTY FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN YOUR CAR!!!! More

Not very good on tellingb you whats going on Brought my 2013 Altima for oil change and check over . But they never said any thing to me. The last time I had work dune there they charged me for a wheel aliment and when they called me I told them I did not see why they charged me I only had the car a moth Manager said I was right and would refund the cost and mail me a check. I am still waiting for it that was 8 months ago. More
