Bmw of Spokane has earned my trust and future business I recently purchased a 2015 435i Gran Coupe from this dealership. This is my first BMW and since it was used I decided to have local foreign car auto I recently purchased a 2015 435i Gran Coupe from this dealership. This is my first BMW and since it was used I decided to have local foreign car auto repair shop run their diagnostics for assurance that the car is sound and has been service and we’ll maintained. Everything checked out ok except I was informed that the brakes will need to be replaced by the fall which would cost approximately $1700. I was taken aback considering the vehicle had i my 26000 miles. I contacted Mel the general manager to discuss my concerns and he immediately got in contact with the service manger to make sure I was take.n care off. I brought the car in and Kevin inspected the brakes and took the time to show and explain that the brakes actually had more usable life than what I was led to believe. They also gave me the assurance that the vehicle is still under warranty and if the brakes need replaced before the expiration it would be taken careE off. I was impressed by the response and care to assurance that I will continue to patronize this dealership in the future and have confidence i their Service department to keep my vehicle properly maintained. Great job as always. I dropped in because my car was due for an oil change. I don’t drive it this time of year but on this day the sun was out and the roads were clear. I stopped to possibly set up an appointment for the next week. I went to Scott Grumbly who has always helped me in the past and is a great guy too. I explained the situation, and he said he understood. He then said can you get it here today. I said absolutely I could get it there. He squeezed me in that day and I was out in an hour. I have to admit I feel spoiled by BMW. But I have also come to know that they will do whatever they can to help their customers. I always recommend them to my friends who ask about our car. I will always use them as long as I am able to. Great dealership, but even greater employees. Thank you Scott again. More
