Not to impressed Took it in for recall work and we came 70 miles. We were told we would be given a loaner so we would not have to wait. No offer for a loaner my husb Took it in for recall work and we came 70 miles. We were told we would be given a loaner so we would not have to wait. No offer for a loaner my husband sat for over 3 hours. It was not washed and we were just handed the invoice and told the passenger side air bag still does not work & we could pay 150.00 for a diagnostic work up. No conversation on what it could be, or what they have seen and how much it could cost. We just assumed they did not care because it was a warenty job. We also have a Mercedes-Benz and theit service department is 100 times for personable. More

Camera adjustment Our new BMW X3 was found to have a misaligned forward view camera that provided a distorted image when activated. This was discovered by the BMW genius, Sloan Hunstad. We left the X3 overnight for the realignment and picked it up promptly the following morning. No fuss, no muss, it was going to be right and it was. They also provided a 700 series loaner for the inconvenience. More
