Outrageous service prices $140 per hour labor cost. Went in for oil change and ended up spending over $800 for other minor routine maintenance. Not to impressed Took it in for recall work and we came 70 miles. We were told we would be given a loaner so we would not have to wait. No offer for a loaner my husband sat for over 3 hours. It was not washed and we were just handed the invoice and told the passenger side air bag still does not work & we could pay 150.00 for a diagnostic work up. No conversation on what it could be, or what they have seen and how much it could cost. We just assumed they did not care because it was a warenty job. We also have a Mercedes-Benz and theit service department is 100 times for personable. More
