The range of options available was immense and although confusing in the beginning, however the smartness and empathic nature of Eric made my decision making easier. As there is always a scope for improvement, one area where I felt would have been icing on the cake was flexibility in the policy of Autolenders to give customers freedom to go for extended warranty as per choice.
