Amanda made sure she understood what my priorities were and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t want. On site, Chelsea was incredibly personable and informative. We had a million questions and she answered each to our satisfaction. The negotiation process was easy, and we felt that we received an excellent price for our trade-in and a fair deal on the new car we purchased. Lynne was very helpful on the finance side. She didn’t go for the hard sell on any of the extended warranty and maintenance packages, and found a few areas for cost savings. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I’ve had. Great service when buying L/Certified We have been in the process of trading in my wife's Nissan Rogue which after two years of ownership the quality was less than desirable. We have been We have been in the process of trading in my wife's Nissan Rogue which after two years of ownership the quality was less than desirable. We have been in contact with sales associates as I service my other vehicles from there. Through out all of our visits the staff has been more than welcoming to us into their house as guests. They are willing to give a tour of the dealership, offer us generous drinks and snacks. They make that our purpose and satisfaction to be at the dealership is their top priority. We were never pressured into a sale. The sale associates knew we were looking for a specific taste in cars and didn't want to sell us into any thing we were not happy with. They demonstrated patience when it came for us to deciding the right one. It took over a month or two when we finally chose one that my wife is happy with. Even though numerous employees assisted us, Jeanette Fernandez was our final associate to close the sale. Through Jeanette and Finance they were able to make a deal financing to our budgeting demands. They shopped the best rate to make sure we were happy in what our financing goals were. Even beating out interest rate that Lexus in-house can offer. Post buying process/new car transfer: We weren't really expecting to purchase that day, but they had a car we were happy with. Our trade-in wasn't prepped and clean. They gave us a great location that we can make our new car ours and transfer personal items into. They replaced the window tint that was delaminating on our new purchase within 30 minutes or less. They wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with the purchase. They have a great complimentary gift bag with every purchase. They allowed us to film the process and we will be posting the video to our YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/c/banjoetraveler about how wonderfully excited we are about our new Lexus.
