The sales representative are dishonest On 27th December 2017, I went to Hyundai Clarksville with the aim of purchasing a car. After test-driving a Used black Hyundai Elantra 2015, I sat wit On 27th December 2017, I went to Hyundai Clarksville with the aim of purchasing a car. After test-driving a Used black Hyundai Elantra 2015, I sat with the sales team to discuss financing options and proceed with buying. They told me my credit was bad that it was difficult finding a lender to finance the car , that the option I have is to buy a brand new car. I accepted that option so they brought out a black Hyundai 2018 with exactly the same features as the one I test-drove . After waiting for about an hour, one of the representative came back to me to tell me they found a lender( Exeter Finance) with the following Loan terms.- $521 monthly payments for 72 months at 21.5% interest rate, down payment $500. I rejected the offer and told them the interest rate is to high, unacceptable to me. I let them know I won't be buying the car on such loan terms. So I walked out of the facility and went into my car. As I was about to leave the facility, one of the sales representative came out to meet me at my car and told me they have a new deal for me and I should return to the office to discuss the new deal. I returned to the office to ask about the deal. He said if I can make 6 on-time payments , I should bring the car back to get a lower rate (refinance). I asked where should I bring the car, he said "bring it to this facility after 6 on-time payments ". I called my wife to let her know about the deal, she insists I should not sign the contract. She was skeptical. She demands to speak with the representative and he told my wife the same thing. My wife told him to put it on paper that I should bring the car back in six months for refinancing. He said there's no need for that because it's a standard practice. My wife told me not to listen to him, but I took him for his word and accept to sign the contract. After making 6 on-time payment, I took the car back to the dealership, I met with the sales Manager Jonny Park to let him know I brought the car to have it refinanced. He told me it was a lie that they don't do such and apologized for being lied to. He said those representatives have been laid off. But I have been lured into signing a loan on false information, I would not have sign if I know the real truth. I don't know how many people they have done this to or if I'm the only one. This is not acceptable. This is a bad business practice and should not be allowed to happen to other future buyers. Say things the way it is. If you can't help someone with a bad credit get a car they can afford, say so, don't deceive them into signing a high interest rate loan with false promises just because you want to sell a car. More

Exceptional service! Patrick Landon was amazing! My tires were bald and I did not want to take grandkids on vacation without new tires. My first stop fell through and with Patrick Landon was amazing! Smooth Buying Experience Our purchase of a new 2018 Hyundai Sonata was a pleasant experience. C.J. worked with us to be sure we had all our questions answered and we were full Our purchase of a new 2018 Hyundai Sonata was a pleasant experience. C.J. worked with us to be sure we had all our questions answered and we were fully informed about all the features and options. Because it was raining, he had all the cars of interest to us brought in under the roofed area. He was energetic and helpful throughout. The checkout with the financial staff also went smoothly. At no point did we feel we were being pressured or "upsold" (sold extras we did not need). Also, we felt that the prices being charged were reasonable. This eliminated the need for an unpleasant negotiation. We have one minor complaint. Although Antwerpen is listed on the web as a dealership that supports the Chesapeake Bay license plates, we were told by the Finance person that all we could do is receive the regular plates in the mail and then take them in person to the MVA to request Chesapeake Bay plates. At Carmax, they issue the plates and can provide Chesapeake Bay plates on the spot! Antwerpen needs to be more helpful on this. Why couldn't we at least order the plates we wanted? More

Great service Cayd was very helpful. When he discovered that the bulb was more expensive than what he was told at the beginning (and the price he had given us), he Cayd was very helpful. When he discovered that the bulb was more expensive than what he was told at the beginning (and the price he had given us), he told us that we would only pay for the part and not the installation.
