Ramez was terrific to us and David really wound up zoning in on exactly what I wanted. Things were taken care of in short order and about 5 days later I had the car of my dreams to zip around in. Ramez actually gave us way more than I had ever hoped for in the deal and David walked me through the basics before I drove off. I knew from my test drive that I wanted this vehicle even more than a new Beetle. I could just feel its personality. What really impressed me is how both of them worked to get me to a price I felt I could afford and payments we could handle. I have not had a service experience yet but a month later I can say so far so good and I absolutely love my Beetle. Everyone asks me about it and compliments me. It is classy looking while also having incredible gas mileage. I've filled up only twice in a month. More

patric motors in auburn, dream car, WORST SERVICE. i gave one star because the salesperson (so called) gave my us a t-shirt. only good thing about this place is the cars and the test drive. working wit i gave one star because the salesperson (so called) gave my us a t-shirt. only good thing about this place is the cars and the test drive. working with the "team" is a terrible hassle, time consuming, we had to make 4 (YES FOUR) separate trips to get this car on the road. INCOMPETENT staff. first guy we spoke with make it a point to let us know how busy and backed up he was, he stated it was because it was end of month. 1st visit: 90 wait, no apology, no one greeted us or asked us to sit in at a desk or in an office. 2nd visit: 1 hour wait WITH APPOINTMENT 3rd visit: couldn't close the deal 4th visit: had to come back due to a mistake on patrick motor's part of gap insurance (another hour). NICK Palmer never mentioned any options on the car. we requested quotes for 3, 4, and 5 year loans. COMPLETELY IGNORED. brought us quotes for 4, 5, 6, AND SEVEN years, when we were clear that we really needed a 4 year loan, due to the fact that we were cosigning for our young (trustworthy) friend that lacked credit. asked the "salesman"NICK if he could try crunching the numbers or making a call to get a better interest rate, he said he "had no power", he then stated that "i think he got you the best numbers already". NICK was after all, busy and could not take the time to ask. even after i stated that "i am NOT happy with this loan", another man came out that had prepared our quotes. he then stated that "i have no power". DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON PATRICK MOTORS, the salesmen have no power, the loan agent has no power. we were stuck with an interest of over 4%. really? our bank just contacted us with rates at 2.5% AFTER the fact (credit near 800), which, NICK told me that "he has no access to our score", after mentioning it was near 800, he then flipped over the paper IN HIS HAND to reveal our full credit rating. lies, and more lies. you're going to do what you want, but take it from me, 4 trips because of incompetency, at 1.5 hours round trip... and ALL those hours wasted. the car: beautiful. it was our friend's dream car, and he is happy with it. DESPITE the loan details we are both stuck with (refinance, we just may). bottom line: terrible service, do NOT go in there with honesty, saying that yes, you are sure you want to buy a car, THEY WILL EXPLOIT YOU! especially if you've got any kind of credit issues. RAKE YOU OVER THE COALS. so, IF you are still willing to walk into patrick motors of auburn, ma, be READY to walk right back out, or suffer for it. THEY WILL NOT LIFT A FINGER to get you a good deal. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU FEELING GOOD ABOUT THE TRANSACTION. i'm telling you, I WOULD HAVE WALKED OUT, if our friend didn't have his heart so set on this car, he put in many hours looking for JUST the right car, and a VW nut he is, even has VW tattoos!! i hope that somehow the owner of PM of auburn reads this, SO HE KNOWS what is going on. but then, going by his staff, maybe he doesn't care either... not sure, never met him. thank you for reading this. i hope it keeps some good hearted joe from making a mistake, just KNOW what you are walking into is all. I spoke with one nearby but read reviews about Patrick Volkswagen and decided to visit the dealership. Patrick also had the best price. I worked with Tyler Trinque and Dave Haynes. Tyler and Dave were very patient with me and answered all of my questions. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the choice and the terms were what I expected. I had a great experience with the paperwork as well. I would recommend Patrick Volkswagen. More
How Car Buying Should Be As my lease came to an end for my 2017 Jetta, I was itching to see the 2019 model. Nick stayed beyond closing time to allow us to get a test drive in. We were able to come back two days later to finalize all paperwork and it couldn't have been easier. Nick's knowledge and cut-to-the-chase approach was refreshing as it often seems buying a car can turn into an ALL DAY event. Nick came off very approachable and was easy to talk to. Dave, the manager, was also very helpful as always to make the numbers work for both them and us. Thanks, Nick & Dave, for helping me get into my lovely new 2019 Jetta! More
