I was not only treated like family, but they service manager, Paul Wilkerson, himself drove my truck(with me along) till we found the problem. While it was a design flaw that GM is aware of and nothing can be done about it. At least they didn't just do part changes like the other deal did for nothing. I cannot say enough nice things about these guys! I have bought two vehicles from them in the last 18 months! More
