Before heading to Napleton’s River Oaks to look at a couple of used CRV’s, I checked Dealer Rater to the ratings in their Sales man and JP was very highly rated and I can see why. My wife and I went to Napleton"s River Oaks Honda to get an oil change for her 2020 Honda CRV. While waiting, I decided to browse around the show room. I had no intentions of purchasing anything. I began an oil change for her 2020 Honda CRV. While waiting, I decided to browse around the show room. I had no intentions of purchasing anything. I began talking with the salesman Jeffery Parham. He was extremely personable and really knowledgeable. After looking, thinking, test driving and talking it over with my wife, I decided to trade in my van and get a new Passport.
