Maintenance and warranty service Performed annual service, software update and warranty requests. When i dropped off my car, staff worked with me to allow me to continue my day with Performed annual service, software update and warranty requests. When i dropped off my car, staff worked with me to allow me to continue my day with a courtesy car. Although it took almost a week to complete the service, I was constantly updated . When i received my car I found one repair incomplete but service department immediately resolved the issue as I waited. This was my first visit to the service department and "Skip" made sure I was taken care of. Thank you for making it a pleasant one ! More

Not done yet.. I have only brought my car in twice for service and both times, it took longer than I was told. This past time I drove the hour to pick the car up (a I have only brought my car in twice for service and both times, it took longer than I was told. This past time I drove the hour to pick the car up (after being told it was complete) only to find out it wouldn’t be done until the next day....drove an hour home. Next day when I got the call to pick up, while on the phone I asked if each thing had been done and have you seen this all “with your own eyes?” Answer was “Yes, I have!” Drove the hour back, filling up the loaned car for the second time, only to find the one thing the service guy assured me had been done, was not. He then asked if I had 5 minutes to wait and he would see if it could be done while I wait. Problem here was if it could be done, it would only take an hour or so....while I wait! I just couldn’t go there. The Service guy did offer to come get my car the next day (and I assume return it sometime ) but I needed the car and felt I’d have to address the issue at another time. More
