Misinformation really hurts I have dealt with this dealership for over ten years and I or my family purchased many many cars from them. My most recent purchase was a 2018 LS 500 I have dealt with this dealership for over ten years and I or my family purchased many many cars from them. My most recent purchase was a 2018 LS 500. When I went to pick up the car I was extremely upset that this flagship vehicle did not have a certain very important feature which I like. The information I received from the salesman was that this feature was only available if you purchased the model with an additional package at a cost of another $15,000 or so. I was also informed that the 2019 model would be the same as the 2018. Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle only to find out shortly thereafter that the salesman either purposely decided NOT to tell me that the feature I wanted was available at a reasonable add on or, he was totally giving out erroneous information. The wind up is I am driving a Lexus that does not have all of the features that I would have liked and that is very upsetting to me. I repeatedly contacted the dealership about this and they refused to fully respond to my complaint. I'M A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER OF LEXUS OF RAMSEY More
