Worst place ever. Liars. Kyle, Kim and the finance man lied and told me the sante Fe I was purchasing was a AWD to only find out when I get back to WV it was FWD and They coul Kyle, Kim and the finance man lied and told me the sante Fe I was purchasing was a AWD to only find out when I get back to WV it was FWD and They could of cared less once the sell was done. The sticker was taken off the window and we asked numerous times and these 3 employees assured us it was AWD. When we called the dealership they said nothing they could do about it. Said we could trade it back in after 3 days of having it to lose $5,000.00. Worst place ever. Honestly goes a long way. And there was nothing honest about what they did. They didn’t hesitate to cash the $20,000.00 check I had as a down payment though. More

The service advisor was responsive and knowledgable The service advisor very quickly diagnosed my problem. It turned out to be a warranty issue which he took care ofthe blink of an eye. My daughter had The service advisor very quickly diagnosed my problem. It turned out to be a warranty issue which he took care ofthe blink of an eye. My daughter had a 2011 Subaru Forester with 98000 miles on it. The engine has failed yet the warranty cover the replacement of the whole engine. I was in and out of the service department in 10 minutes. A week later I had the car repaired with zero cost. You can't get service better than that! These people are awesome and knowledgeable. More

Requested several things to be service on my 2018 Subaru WRX... after patiently waitin This was the worst service experience at a Subaru dealership.! Requested several things to be service on my 2018 Subaru WRX... after patiently waiting 4 hours, come to find out only two things were serviced.... as a customer I expect what I request to be serviced would be done!!!... No line of communication from service department with the customer while waiting for vehicle to be serviced... very unsatisfied and disappointed!!! More
Car not fixed! Had my car in back in August for a burning smell. They told me I needed a new catylic converter. $ 2,300.00. Brought it back still noting the burning smell. Now diagnosed with needing new head gaskets, etc. $ 2,600.00+. Four months, $ 5000.00 dollars!! December, still has a burning smell. Called them....bring it in. Ha...what will be the next diagnosis. More

We test drove 3 vehicles in order to tell the difference between available features such as awd and turbo engine in the Santa fe. They were able to work with our budget and saw the value in customer service. We chose this dealership because they had the most options on the lot for 2018 and 2019 vehicles in order to see differences in design and features. Overall, I was very pleased with their attentiveness throughout the process. More
