Drove a long way to get a nice deal Found a used car online that looked like a good deal. Called Leo Clarance at the dealership. He went out to the lot, took a few more pictures of the car and answered my questions. Dealership is 5 hours from my house...so an in person visit was difficult. After a having an area mechanic visit the dealership and look at the car, I decided to make the trip to take a test drive. Leo, Tim and Eddie took good care of me. After a drive, I decided the car was for me. Made the purchase. Leo personally delivered the car just a few days later. Came home from work and found it in my driveway. Buying a car out of state, and 5 hours away was a little tricky. But, the guys at this dealership did a nice job of walking me through the steps, and got me necessary paperwork fast whenever I requested. More

Amazing truck - will buy from again. Bought a Ram 1500 Bighorn from Chris this past weekend. It started off as a lease that didn't quite work out and ended up with me buying an even bette Bought a Ram 1500 Bighorn from Chris this past weekend. It started off as a lease that didn't quite work out and ended up with me buying an even better truck instead. Chris spent hours and hours with us. Upwards of 10 hours over 3 days and he was perfectly happy to do it. Very good sales rep who did his part perfectly. Going in to a car dealership you know there is a certain routine you have to deal with. Back and forth between the sales rep and manager etc. It's just baked into the process. I put that aside when writing this because in the end I got a great deal. They were even willing to drop their price more to match a discount from another dealership. They were also willing to give me more for my trades than a local Chevy dealership would have. Again, there was a lot of back and forth with this but all that matters is that in the end I was happy with the outcome. In the end the manager, Tim came directly out to deal with me and we reached an agreement. From there it was in to see Eddie to discuss finances and extended warranty. Eddie really did a great job getting me the best finance rate possible. He probably spent over an hour just playing one bank against another until we were happy. We ran into an issue with the extended warranty. I came back in the next day to discuss it with Eddie and without any problems at all, he fixed the issue and I was very satisfied with the results. I highly suggest people do their research on extended warranties before they finalize the deal. For relatively short money you can extend a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty into an 8 year one covering just about everything. Just make sure you look around online and look to see what people have been paying before you commit to anything. I walked in and almost leased a truck I was ok with and ended up walking out buying an even better one at a much better price. The new 2019 Ram 1500 line, from the Big Horn up is flat out a luxury vehicle disguised as a truck that can work hard. It's beautiful inside and out and still tough. Highly recommend you look at some reviews and check out the features. More
