We are so sorry to hear about this situation. We spoke to our General Manager who advised that there was some miss communication where an advisor was supposed to keep your vehicle parked outside in the lot on a Sunday where you would be able to pick up the vehicle, even though in the state of NJ dealerships are closed on Sundays. It seems like the representative did not move the vehicle to an unlocked location on Saturday night like he was mean to. We ask that you reach out directly to our Sales Manager Wayne so that he can personally apologize and make sure there isn't anything else he can still help you with.
