I will ONLY work with Jorge I purchased my car at Prestige and the sales experience was ok but what really blew me away is the service department. They always have a loaner for you at request, their waiting area is always clean and fully stocked and the service advisors are the best. Jorge has always gone above and beyond with anything I've ever needed. 3 Months after purchasing my car, I discovered a small hole under my carpet in the driver's side floor. When I went to get service, there were no questions asked, Jorge contacted the corporate group to have approval to fix my floor at no cost. Every service after that has been the same seamless experience as the first. Thank you Prestige Lexus for hiring wonderful service advisors such as Jorge. I will not work with anyone else as long as I own my car. More
Horrible Experience I work out of NYC and drive past this dealership weekly. I purchased a new NX300. Paperwork was finished and I was scheduled to pick the vehicle up I work out of NYC and drive past this dealership weekly. I purchased a new NX300. Paperwork was finished and I was scheduled to pick the vehicle up on a Sunday. The salesman showed me the exact Parking spot the vehicle would be parked in. I arraigned transportation and when I arrived the gates were locked and the dealership was closed and I was unable to get my vehicle. This problem was unable to be fixed and I remained without a vehicle. Now two weeks later I am contacted by my insurance company stating paperwork was not delivered from the dealership . I have been attempting several days to contact the dealership with no response. I have left messages and emails with no response. I am appalled by this dealership and would never recommend it to anyone!! Stay away. More
Service Review On Tues Jan 15th I dropped my vehicle off for service which was completely cleaned inside and picked up loaner. I was given a car that had less than 1/4 of a tank of gas the offer was to have it filled but I was on a time line . I returned the car back with over 1/2 a tank of gas and received my car back with grease stains on the steering wheel and gear shift and on as you opened the driver side door before you enter the car I found grease marks and half of boot print of grease Totally unacceptable after my entire invoice was $1200 in maintenance ... You would think that the service advisor would take control I'm sure they would not want their personal vehicle treated this way. More

Everyone at the dealership was knowledgable and friendly but nothing more can be said about my wonderful sales representative, Kimberly Totha. She made me feel like more than a customer. She was able to find exactly what I was looking for and for an affordable price. She treated me with nothing but respect and now I am a proud owner of a Lexus Nx300. :) The car buying experience can be stressful but, Kimberly and the folks at Prestige Lexus offered wonderful customer service. I'm very happy and I'm glad I chose Prestige Lexus- and YOU should too! More

5000 mile service Friendly and professional service. Comfortable lounge area with coffee, bagels, muffins etc. .Also WiFi and cable tv provided. Awful Experience After buying two cars from this dealership (2010 & 2011) I returned in August to purchase a third. Visited the dealership twice, was there for hours each time while the salesman continually disappeared to speak with the manager regarding my quote. A total waste of time and insulting. I went to a Lexus dealership in Westchester, was quoted $3200 less for the same car exact car plus some extra features. I was in and out in an hour with a great deal and signed the papers. Sadly, Prestige is not what it used to be. More
