Excellent I just picked up my third car from Lexus of Route 10. I went back because I have always received such great service. Christine, my sales rep made me feel like I was part of her family. Nick in IT helped with the tech stuff and Juan in financial was great. The service staff is great and I always feel so comfortable here, Everyone gets 5 stars from me. I will highly recommend Lexus of Route 10 to anyone, Kudos to you Mr, Meola and all your staff!!!! Had the pleasure to work with Internet Sales Consultant Angela Malanga and Finance Manager Juan Gonzalez. I can honestly recommend the highest accolades for the unparalleled level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service they both provided. It didn't take long to negotiate, feel comfortable with and agree upon very good lease deal from the initial online request to delivery all on the same day. The showroom, service area and customer lounge are spotless and comfortable. This is a First Class Dealership! Car buying/leasing is not my favorite thing to do. Way too many choices and I hate to haggle. But Rt. 10 Lexus made it very easy.
