Inverter issues While travelling 1800 miles west our invertor for our refrigerator stopped working. I contacted our salesman Kyle S. and I explained what happened. While travelling 1800 miles west our invertor for our refrigerator stopped working. I contacted our salesman Kyle S. and I explained what happened. Kyle was off and gave me things to check. After nothing worked I contacted Kyle again and he immediately put me in contact with the Service Manager Brad. Brad actually walked me through everything and was able to pinpoint the issue. I was able to go to a local an auto parts store and get a replacement part and fix the issue without having to go to a local RV mechanic. Thank you Kyle and Brad!! More

Above and beyond The shifter connection had come apart under the dash (Ford Issue). I called Tommy and Phil and they sent Kevin from service up to rescue us. After sev The shifter connection had come apart under the dash (Ford Issue). I called Tommy and Phil and they sent Kevin from service up to rescue us. After several attempts, he finally got the transmission into Drive....he stayed right behind us all the way back to the dealership. Each attempt required him to a crawl under the RV and manually change the shifter. We got back to the dealership and he repaired the disconnected shift linkage by taking the dash apart......Just fantastic customer service!!! We would have never received this personalized customer service if we had bought an RV from the "Parking Lot" sales promotions. Go to a reputable dealer....Giant Recreation is the BEST!!! More
