We met with Erik Martinez, who we bought a 2019 Insight from over the summer. He remembered us and even asked about our family. He was patient with us as we wavered back and forth between two vehicles, trying to understand which was going to be the better fit for our family. Erik was knowledgable on both vehicles and was able to answer all of our questions. He understood exactly what we needed and gave us the time and space to make our decision without any pressure. Even when we changed our minds... accommodating is an understatement. Erik went above and beyond to meet our needs and kept reassuring us that at the end of the day, his main concern was that we were happy in the vehicle of our choosing. We truly felt Erik was less concerned about the "sale" and more concerned that we left in the right car and happy! We will be Scott Honda customers for life as long as there are people there like Erik! More

We ended up finding a 2016 Nissan Rogue for a good price, so we got in touch with Dan and I came in to meet with him. Dan was a professional and an expert every step of the way. He was informative about the car, and he gladly took the time to go over the features with me. He wasn't pushy at all, and he quickly resolved any concerns that I had. Financing was also a piece of cake, and I ended up getting a great interest rate. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
