The manager Sam, salesman Eric, and the financial person(sorry forget his name) made my experience absolutely amazing. They even gave me some of their pizza as I was absolutely starving. I almost rarely write a review on anything but I felt I had to after this experience. The whole process was very easy and honest. Keep up the great work! My expectations...high to begin with, we’re met Phil’s a straight shooter. He doesn’t let the silliness of the workplace effect his demeanor or professionalism. The work is what you expect from a dealership...the cost is a bit more competitive but still more expensive. I like the express service option where you can walk in for an oil change/tire rotation. I’d like more options to beverages. They have complimentary water and bagels but access to a side machine would be nice. Not sure if it’s unaccessible b/c of renovations...someone was nice enough to get me one from somewhere else in the building. More
