Excellent and complete service visit. I arrived on time and a service member met me at my vehicle to begin check-in for an first time oil change, and, factory recall programming updates. I arrived on time and a service member met me at my vehicle to begin check-in for an first time oil change, and, factory recall programming updates. After surveying the vehicle with the servicing member, some uneven feathering on a front tire identified the need for an alignment. The services were performed within the time originally given and the car was washed and very well detailed before giving it back to me. While driving home the benefit of the alignment made itself clear as the car felt even better planted and stable at high speeds. More

It was very frustrating. With the additional info the Service team led by Jeff was able to contact the factory and finally come up with a solution. So they had a valet pickup the car, gave me a loaner, and once all the parts came in finally got my car up and running. A valet is returning it to me as I type this so I am very satisfied with the customer service of this dealership. More

What a Great, no pressure car buying experience! Although I was buying a used car that was way on the low end of what these guys usually sell at Essence Maserati Alfa Romeo this was a much greater ex Although I was buying a used car that was way on the low end of what these guys usually sell at Essence Maserati Alfa Romeo this was a much greater experience that my last new car purchase from another very well known huge Nissan dealer. We were treated so much better, with far greater respect and honesty. It made the purchase so much less stressful that it was actually enjoyable. The dealership is beautiful and if you appreciate really nice craftsmanship this place is like spending an afternoon at a really nice car show. We arrived just as the dealership opened, we did not have an appointment but I told Erik we would probably be there early, an accident caused Erik to be a little later that he planned, but Adam the sales manager really stepped up to help us out and show us the car we came to look at. He really exuberated what it means to be a great leader, for great leaders know how to serve. The only negative part of the entire experience was when at one point a salesmen told us that they were not making any money on the sale of this vehicle, which I did not believe and found slightly offensive. I do not expect anyone to work for free. If you tell me you are loosing money on a deal you need to show me the paper work to prove it, otherwise I really do not like that sort of sales tactic. But other than that we had a great car buying experience and through the entire process Erik was extremely helpful, polite, and very professional. We were not familiar at all with the vehicle that we purchased. It had more features and options than any car we have ever had or even looked at for that matter but Erik spent a great deal of time making sure we were very comfortable with the vehicle and were at least aware of all of the features it has. He helped my wife sinc her phone to the car and set up the navigation system. He was so great and we really appreciated his time. So here we are a few days after the purchase and instead of having buyers remorse we are realizing that we got a better deal than we originally thought. My wife absolutely loves this Explorer ! Thanks to all of the wonderfully friendly staff, especially to the guy who helped me make coffee. What a wonderful car buying experience, thanks again and may God Bless you Guys Greatly ! More
lack of experience I know I used the internet to shop for my vehicle not really wanting to deal with all the hassle of the salesmen, so maybe this is my fault. When I found the vehicle I wanted and went to the dealership, I definitely didn't feel like the sales person or dealership cared if I purchased the car or not. The sales person told me nothing about the car or what to expect from a Alfa. I asked him about the technology because I heard that was one of the major draw backs of the car, he informed me that it was slacking but since everyone uses Apple Car Play you didn't need to worry about it with the car. Well come to find out my car does not come with Apple Car Play (wish I had of known). The major complaint of the whole situation is once we decided on a price for the car I made an appointment to come side the paper and when I arrived I had to wait an 1 1/2 to do so. No real explanation was given and the sales person did not check on me or offer anything while I waited. A few others stopped by and said I could help myself to the coffee machine. Once the paperwork was sign (which was fast, and the gentlemen that help me with that was great) the salesman walked me to car and said here you go. I asked him is there anything I need to know. He just handed me the car and said enjoyed. No information was given to me about maintenance or wasn't introduced to my maintenance person for future assistance or even the Sales Manager. Maybe I'm spoiled I have always used Sewell in the past to purchase my vehicles and customer service is unbeatable no matter the price of the car that is purchased... guess I was expecting the same or at least something close to it. I love the car although I do wish it had Apple Carplay, but I was not impressed with the salesman or dealership. Most likely I would not recommend or ever purchase another vehicle from Essence More
Took several hours I’ve never been to a dealership that wasn’t able or willing to negotiate at least some on the price so this experience was new to me. While the salesman was nice, I didn’t catch anyone else’s name. I didn’t catch any manager’s name, but I probably met one. The dealership was nicely laid out and those that I interacted with were friendly. As far as the sales price, the price was fair. The transaction itself was incredibly slow at about two hours, once the deal was agreed to. I’ve purchased a new car in less than 30 minutes, including financing and vehicle preparation, so the 2hr wait this time was disappointing to me, especially since the dealership was not busy on a rainy Saturday evening. More
