After delaying service due to Covid, I made two different service appointments on different days for my 18' MDX and 17' TLX. I dropped off my MDX and they had it complete in three hours. I then asked if I co service appointments on different days for my 18' MDX and 17' TLX. I dropped off my MDX and they had it complete in three hours. I then asked if I could bring in my TLX that same day instead of the next day. Spreen agreed and they completed the maintenance on TLX and fixed a warranty item in just a few hours. Had both vehicles completed the same day which was great. Mathew at Spreen Acura was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely continue to use Spreen for my Acura service. BTW, did a nice job with car wash/clean as well. More
