My experience has been that all employees encountered are polite and professional. The lounge area is nice and well-stocked with complimentary snacks, water, coffee, etc. (Pre-Covid, of course). Restrooms ar polite and professional. The lounge area is nice and well-stocked with complimentary snacks, water, coffee, etc. (Pre-Covid, of course). Restrooms are clean. The Service associates seem like they are really interested in helping maintain your vehicle in the best running condition possible. Pricing is on the "high" side; would like that to be revised downward a bit. But it's always a good experience. Oh, and they deliver your car back to you all clean and shiny! More

They kept in touch with us while searching for the vehicle we wanted. Unfortunately, certain rebates & 0% financing had expired prior to delivery of vehicle causing us to have a higher finance charge vehicle we wanted.
