Overall I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. Service Manager Richard Pitlock was informative about the service being done on my vehicle. If a part was on back order he told me exactly when it would be in. I was never left not knowing what was going on. I also appreciated the time he took to make sure I had a vehicle as I could not be without one. I felt like a valued customer and I will definitely be coming to Hawk Ford to take care of my service on my vehicle! Thank you for an excellent experience ! More
