Very rude salesman Fabio Rainuzzo and manager. Went in looking to lease knowing the exact vehicle and terms and was treated like an uneducated, second class citizen. First off they show a price online and when you get there they have the cars marked up thousands due to “limited market availability”. How can you mark a car up over MSRP and show a sheet with dealer profit less than the additional dealer mark up over MSRP and say you will lose money if you go under that. Lots of pressure tactics. Be prepared to get belittled if you don’t agree to what they want and have your paperwork be ripped up in front of your face. Saw a “manager” loudly and rudely tell another customer to take the deal or leave to the dismay of another salesman. Would not recommend or return here. Just because the pandemic has worked in favor for your industry for supply doesn’t mean you have to take advantage of customers and not treat them fairly. This would have been an easy deal to complete from an informed customer, but your greed, rudeness, and arrogance lost it. More
