They did a wonderful job, I cannot put into words how happy I am with Lawton Chrysler jeep dodge. I had to get a new engine in it and honestly I can’t even tell it had work. I absolutely loved the custom happy I am with Lawton Chrysler jeep dodge. I had to get a new engine in it and honestly I can’t even tell it had work. I absolutely loved the customer service provided from Danielle. She has a way of smiling through the phone. She deserves a raise! Honestly that was my favorite part of the whole experience. The guys and gals that serviced the car did like I said an outstanding job thank you all so much! The check out station could definitely use some coaching on how to talk to people as the lady when I walked in the service area talked like she hated her job. Overall though my hats off to Danielle and the others that serviced my car! Thank you thank you thank you! More

I had an appointment to come look at the car and made it 4 days in advance. You would think in that time they would thoroughly clean the car - but no. They let us drive off the lot with a dirty car and an e 4 days in advance. You would think in that time they would thoroughly clean the car - but no. They let us drive off the lot with a dirty car and an engine light on that they said was just because the tire was low. They didn’t even fill the gas tank. We have found wrappers and candy in the car from previous owner. Less than impressed with that aspect especially when you’re dishing out 50k+ for a vehicle. The salesman was good otherwise but wish all these things were taken care of prior to us leaving. It still bugs us More
