I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. - dfezler

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I also had an ac issue that would require a $140 diagnostic, which I turned down. Because it didn't include a repair, just 140 to tell what was wrong. The oil change, tire reotation cost $240..00 which included $150 in labor for 1 hours work. Outrageous!

Avoid this car dealership at all costs they are dishonest, corrupt, liars and thieves. They will undervalue your trade-in by thousands of dollars, add on fraudulent dealer charges to the vehicle you are buying, re-work the numbers around so that you are paying FULL sticker price. Do not share how much you are comfortable paying for a monthly payment, do not share what the pay off is on your trade in vehicle and do not let this dealership coerce you into filling out the KIA of America survey at the dealership. And do not believe their APR rate is the best, it is a lie
