The service manager was very competent to insure the proper was ordered, the work was done at the appointed time and the vehicle hand washed on completion! My head mechanic also speaks highly of this dealership as we have a large fleet of Ford vehicles and he uses them for parts and service.

Had to have my 2015 Ford Fusion towed in for recall work. Todd and the boys took very good care of car and was transparent through the whole process. I especially liked the fact that I could text or call Todd directly whenever I had questions or to ask for an update. 10/10 experience and will definitely be back in the future.
