Ms. Gant, We understand you're upset if the vehicle repairs did not meet your expectations. We're sorry you're disappointed. As you know, the cup holder/console that needed to be replaced is no longer manufactured for ’06 vehicles. Since you were unhappy with the new version we installed, we found a second-hand piece which we restored and presented to you for approval before installing. The cuts in the carpet are factory cuts made to fit around the interior equipment of the vehicle. Again, we’re very sorry you’re disappointed. You installed a DAMAGED used console AFTER I said DONOT install it. You have damaged my carpet and puncture the leather console box. You misrepresented a problem with my caliper. You made $1900.00 and refuse to acknowledge your damage to my car. Your are totally DISHONESTand NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Your lack any credibilty and continue to make false statements regarding the console. I told you NOT to install a broken damaged console for a new one.

General motors do not sell a high end vehicles with the carpet padding exposed. You casued the damage and need to be held accountable. You puncture the leather console box and need to accountable. You soiled the carpet and need to be accountable. Your dishonest ways did not begin with me. I had heard stories about your sales and service and should have never consider you to service my vehicle. I will let ever one I know and get on the social media to share how you victimized me.
