One of the few dealerships in the area(and I have been to most of them) that truly understands what the phrase Customer Service means(Service Department). I have only dealt with the Service Department but m most of them) that truly understands what the phrase Customer Service means(Service Department). Great service took the time to explain pricing options on a new 2011 chevy malibu.Rick was very helpful in showing the differance in pricing and the options between the LS and Lt models.I was better able to a new 2011 chevy malibu.Rick was very helpful in showing the differance in pricing and the options between the LS and Lt models.I was better able to make my choice of a new car based on his showing me the difference in the cost of these to models verses the different options these two models came equipped with. great place and wonderful people. they were the best!they really "went the extra mile" to help me make a vehicle decision. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and answers any questions I may have. My family has bought 2 of our 3 cars here and all service and maintenance needs have been taken care of. The staff is very friendly and couresty. The parts department always make sure they call you when they find out what the problem is and makes sure you want to complete the work. My lease expired and I wanted shop around to other places (HONDA) to try something different. However I called Sweeney because I had to turn my car back in and did see a town&country in the lot I wanted info (HONDA) to try something different. I was transferred to a Mr.Layman who actually took the time to listen to my concerns and look up all information I was inquiring on. I told him my credit score was in the high 500s according to a recent check and I was nervous. I was 100% impressed with the fact that I told him that and it didnt bother him, he continued trying to give me the information I was inquiring about--going above in beyond with detail. Because of that I decided to swing by the next day to figure out what I will do. I arrived there around 130pm to get advise. I was dressed down--complaining about my credit and he made me feel like I was the only customer there. The focus was on me and not the other well dressed people walking in-he sat with me --gave me all my options instead of brushing me off (all before a credit check was done). He even let me test drive used cars...because I mentioned when I get my credit fixed Ill come back. He continued focusing on how to help me out and what will keep me as a customer at Sweeney. After all his hard work and effort I decided to allow him to do a soft pull. The results were my credit was fine--even at that point after a few pricings on vehicles I wasnt comfortable with--he continued giving me other options and after all his hard work I ended up leaving that evening with a 2011 Chevy Cruze--that I was 100% satisfied with. That day I drove a few cars, different styles, I was actually a difficult, picky customer...im surprised he didnt give up. He pulled cars up one by one until he sensed I would've been 100% satisfied. That impressed me about this salesman. He even said I will not have you leave this lot with a car that you are --NOT 100% satisfied with because we want to keep you as a customer down the road. Wow!! What an amazing salesman!! He also wanted to make sure I can afford my monthly payments so I dont mess up my finances--which was super impressive. I will no doubt recommend Mr.Layman to friends & family. I've been leasing through Sweeney for the last 8 years and overall I'm 100% satisfied with every aspect.
