Mr. Wiltrout, We are sorry that your experience is not what you hoped it would be. We have offered you a repair by our GM certified technicians who work at King Collision to adequately repair the minor issues with your new Acadia, this did not satisfy you. Doug Sweeney offered to oversee the repair at King Collision himself, this did not satisfy you. We invited you to bring it back to the dealership for us to repair and you again refused. If you choose to bring the vehicle into our store, we would be happy to get these minor repairs corrected at no cost to you and to your satisfaction. When you spoke to Doug you told him you planned to go to another dealer, and he agreed that if you are not willing to let us make the repairs, then you can certainly take it to another dealer. We pride ourselves in our 96 years of customer satisfaction by solving customer issues. We stand by our offer to make the repairs right. No sir, Your services are not needed nor ever will be considered again. I can freely express my experience to the public as I have done and will continue to do. I spoke with Doug Sweeney and he was rather rude. If your leader treats a customer as he did me, so will his employees, and I will not entertain arrogance or neglect when my satisfaction is at stake. Please refrain from further contact I am disgusted with your business practices.

19 months into my lease and bbn I just received my reimbursement check from all the problems with my new acadia. Too bad it just went to buying new tires for the pile,and to ice the cake I found out the clear coat is peeling off the rims after all this Broken shifter indicator @ delivery Loose denali trim @ delivery Poor detailing @ delivery Brakes sticking @ 1 week of ownership Poor paint work on trim repair ( subcontracted) Woodgrain trim plate damaged on shift indicator repair. This resulted in a non matching parts issue. Brakes smoked on highway approx @ 3 months Rotors turned. Brakes sticking resulting in dead battery park safety switch disables extreme hazard. While on vacation video on YouTube. Repaint of denali chrome trim panel from previous repair. Now my wheels are peeling. This Acadia was a pile and your dealer is a joke
