Me and my wife were approached on the lot by Brock. My wife and I were hesitant at first because of our bad experiences at other dealerships but Brock was fantastic. He greeted us in a polite friendly mannaer and instantly made us feel welcomed. He asked us about what we were there to look at and I told him we wanted a SUV good on gas and had to have a low payment. So he took all of that into consideration and continued to show us a encore.
