Atrocious customer service. You can’t get ahold of the shop that has your vehicle. Appt setup dude sounded annoyed I called. Mumbled. I was told couple days. 3 days later no call, so I called and got ahold of their dispatch or whatever and they “sent an email”. Still no call back. I call back next day and they “sent an email” again. Clearly the managers at this establishment don’t do their job and are never around to help their employees. Cherry on top “we had a guy drive it and couldn’t figure anything out”. Somehow when I picked the vehicle up. Sound was gone. Also bought the truck three weeks ago so buyer beware. More

Waited over three months for parts. Original insurance estimate nearly doubled for repairs that did not need to be completed. This is my second experience with #1 Cochran in Natrona Heights. I called the day before I went in and spoke with Amy. I told her exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to do. She sent me a link to a vehicle they had in stock and it was exactly what I was looking for. I told her I would come in the next day and we could talk. I went in the next morning and Amy made everything so smooth and easy as possible. At one point after the vehicle had been washed she was outside cleaning the wheels with a rag to make sure there wasn’t a spec of dust left. Everything about this transaction from start to finish was quick easy and smooth. Probably one of the best experiences I ever had in buying a vehicle. Not wasting my time no haggling back and forth everything was straight forward even with Taylor the finance guy. Straight forward and too the point. Best of all I told them I had to be gone by a certain time to go to a birthday party and they worked extra hard to get everything done and me outta there in time for the party for my son.
