HORRIBLE SERVICE Very frustrating when you buy a $45,000 vehicle and it’s having the same issue that was already supposedly fixed and no one will return calls about it Very frustrating when you buy a $45,000 vehicle and it’s having the same issue that was already supposedly fixed and no one will return calls about it when they said they would. I bought my 2020 Ford Explorer Black Friday weekend it only has 6500 miles on it and I had to bring it in 4/9 for a blind spot/cross traffic detection fault. It was kept for a week and told the part was replaced. 5/13 the faults started again multiple times a day so back in for service on 5/19 to be told they see no fault. If happens was told to call Amanda directly well it faulted when I went to drive it on 5/21 so called her and had to leave a message. She never called back so I started taking pictures to time stamp the fault. Called her again 5/26 and got her so I emailed pictures of the fault she said she would research it and let me know. No call so called again 5/27 left another message and again no call. Called this afternoon to speak to someone else and they said well you will have to bring it back in for service so now not till 6/1. Went in and was told they replaced the left side sensor now it’s the right and they ordered part. Went in for part on 6/10 was told at 4:00 they replaced it and that didn’t correct the issue so have a open ticket at Ford! Called 6/11 for update left message no return call. Called Friday and said they would call me at lunch. Called said ford says they have to run a wiring test. Called today at 2:30 and told exact message from Friday. Also that they have 4 other wiring issues in the shop. They have no idea when they will get to mine. Not very good service in my opinion! They are about to keep it for good More
