Very disorganized, poor communication, and quoted a diagnostic of $164 when total bill ended up being $204.00. They had my car for two days. I had to call repeatedly and dealt with being transferred ov diagnostic of $164 when total bill ended up being $204.00. They had my car for two days. I had to call repeatedly and dealt with being transferred over and over to speak to a human. They still do not know what’s wrong with my car but quoted an exploratory service of the computer service in which would cost around $1,200. Couldn’t even find my keys when I went to pick up my suv. No thanks. I never spoke to the same person. More

Lyndsay was very helpful and made the experience pleasant. I've struggled to get the issue diagnosed and fixed at other dealerships, but Lyndsay was reassuring and prompt in responding to my message pleasant. The Cochran Ford dealership also kept it's word and kept to the scheduled deadline we agreed on, which was very appreciated. I will definitely be going here again. More
