My deal is up in the air, I can't reach my salesman, and haven't gotten an answer from the financial office on my car loan, which we applied for early Saturday morning. I called late Saturday to see if the loan was processed, salesman didn't know, said he would get back to me and didn't as of 11:30 Monday morning. My credit score is in the high mid 800's so I don't think the delay has to do with us. I was also somewhat disappointed that my husband and I were on the lot fir about 1/2 hour, browsing at vehicles and no one approached to assist us. Even when we went in people were walking back and forth, past us, sitting at desks, seeing us, but not greeting us, I finally asked someone,"where are all the salesmen" and he said he was a salesman, promptly and courteous assisted us, and we were buying a car within the next 1/2 hour. After that, things have slowed to a crawl. I would at least like to know what interest rate ( not estimate) and car payment ( not estimate) and would like to be able to pay up front for the title and plates. More
