As always the people at the Hyundai Monroeville location were friendly and informative. I brought my Elantra in for an oil change and to check why my engine light kept going off and on and also for the sme were friendly and informative. As I always wait for my car I sat in the waiting room for about an hour when I was informed by Jim that they had to replace my Radiator and part of my exhaust but that it was covered by my ext. warrenty. They had all of the parts in stock but my car would not be ready until later in the afternoon; mind you this was New Years eve; I was given the option of waiting or to given a loner car until my car was finished. When I returned to pick up my car Jim explained everything that was done to my car and also explained what I should expect with the repairs, burn off etc. I was also told to call if I had any problems which I havent. I would highly recommend this service department even to people who didnt buy there car at Cochran. More
Everybody is very friendly and helpful and took time to listen to what issue I was having with my car. They also worked with my schedule to get an appointment. Excellent customer service. Only issue was my full warranty coverage did not cover my Santa Fe's issue. Belts and Hoses not covered, and I needed a new power steering hose. Being the holiday's I was warranty coverage did not cover my Santa Fe's issue. Belts and Hoses not covered, and I needed a new power steering hose. Being the holiday's I was not anticipating a $180 bill to cover the hose. I don't think it is fair to charge the $89 for a review on top of the hose itself. Please call me to discuss at 412-445-6677. I went to #1 Cochran because when I completed an online request for a quote, Mr. Justin Virsack called me immediatley. We talked and I told him I would visit the store the following day. I did, and with the help of sales associate, Chris Piro, I purchased a new Hyundai Tucson. I was pleased with the nice reception I received from the secretary and Mr. Jim LeBlanc when I entered the store, when "dealing" and when I came to take my new Tucson home the next day. Mr. Jim LeBlanc and Chris had assured me they would be able to get the Tucson in Garnet Red, as they did not have one on their lot and they did just that. Joyce Hall, who did all the paperwork, was so pleasant and made me happy about my decision on the Tucson. I may have gotten the Tucson a little cheaper somewhere else, however, the time I would have spent travelling and looking would not have been worth it in the end. I liked that the employee's worked to help me get a good deal and yet left some room for themselves. I am very happy with my new Tucson and want to take good care of it. More
I went end with a price I was willing to pay. Brett Lewis took my wife & me for a test drive. After brief negotiation a boughtcar for a reasonable price.
