I came in to look at a car, Ron gave me his card, and I just looked around. I came back in to talk to him and he let me take the KIA Sportage out for a ride. He even moved all my stuff from my old car to my new one after the dealership had washed and prepped it for me while I was signing paperwork. They were fantastic to work with and I would recommend them every time. More
I had stopped in at this dealership before when I had first started looking for a car to check out what they had. There were people there ready to help as soon as I walked in. Then a couple weeks later after checking out a few other Dealerships I came back to #1 Cochran in Robinson and talked to Ron Gardner and told him my situation I was in and that I needed to get into a car soon and he patiently listend then was very helpful and answered all the questions I had and showed me some solutions to go about my problem. I came back the next week to find the car I wanted so I could buy it. It was 8:30pm at night Ron wasnt working that night so the guy he works with Michael Brophey was more then willing to help me. It was pouring down rain and he was out getting cars to show me and my boyfriend. The next day when i came back to buy the car I had decided on Ron and Michael were both there and helped us make the best choice for our money and i left a couple hours later with a brand new 2012 Kia Forte and it they went through everything with me and even when i couldnt figure something out I just stopped back and they helped me figure out the problem I am extreemly happy with my new car and very grateful for there help and patience with me. I will recomend them to anyone I know who is looking to buy a car and to ask for one of those two gentlemen in particular. More

I had a great experience at Kia Robinson. I purchased a Kia Forte and I love my new car. The gentelmen were great and were very helpful and Dan was the reason I came back to Kia Robinson becuase he was no Kia Forte and I love my new car. I am amazed by this dealer. My sales guy, Devon, was amazing. His boss though is an insolent xxxxx. Devon worked head over heals to help my wife and I out. His boss seemed to put Devon as second rate, possibly since Devon is only an intern. When my wife and I arived on Monday, Devon helped us out by find a car right away that fit our needs and wants (AWD with good MPG and low milage). Devon looked up where the car was and when to retrieve it. About 20 minutes later, Devon returned stating that the car was "misplaced". He gave us the option to drive a highly similar car, the same model only one year newer. My wife and I declined and said that we were happy to wait. Determined, Devon continued. He appeared to be combing the entire lot and was constantly checking back with his boss, Jason. Devon was eventually sucessful. He stated that the car was mistakenly placed in the back lot. My wife and I test drove the car and fell in love. Devon brought us back and started the paperwork. Up until now, our visit was satisfactory. As we started paperwork we were told that an office to actually fill it out in was unavailable. This seemed odd since I only saw 2 other groups in the building and it was nearly 8pm. We ended up filling out the paperwork at a front station with no seats. Jason greeted us for the first time and seemed reluctant to talk to us. We agreed on a price around 8:30pm. After waiting another half hour Jason came back and stated that he was not able to complete the paperwork due to it being so late. (Devon made sure during that time that we were well taken care of.) My wife and odd thought Jason's statement was odd since we had alreadly agreed on exact monthly payments. We made an appointment for the next day to finish everything and left. The next day (Tuesday) around noon, Devon called me and said that there we some issues and asked us to reschedule for the following day. I agreed but was a little confused as Devon stated that the reason was because the car would not be ready since it needed to be inspected by the professional that was not in that day. The following day (Wednesday) my wife and I arived around 5:15pm and asked for Devon since he was very friendly and took care of all of our needs promptly. The receptionist stated that he was with another customer and would be up shortly. Very few other salesmen aproached us to ask us if we needed anything eventhough we were standing on their showroom floor. Devon arived about 15 min later apologizing for the wait. He went to retrieve Jason and the paperwork. Devon stated that Jason was busy and would be with us shortly. Around 6:30 Jason finally meet with us. We finalized the paperwork in a matter of minutes and were ready to leave happily with a new car. Jason handed us one key and stated that he did not have a second. We asked how to get one in which he directed us to a key insurance phone number that came with the warranty. Anoyed, my wife and I left but were pleased with our new car. Thursday morning I called the key insurance people on my lunch break from work. They proceeded to tell me that it was not their responibility to provide a second key and that it was the Cochran dealer's. I called my wife who called Cochran on her lunch. She ended up having to press Jason for a second key. Aparently, he kept trying to pawn of the job on the insurance and the Devon, who was off work, before taking ownership of the problem. He stated that he would have a key by Tuesday. Friday morning my wife received a call from Devon with great news. He found the second key and asked us if we could drop by after work to pick it up. We happily agreed. That afternoon, Jason called me and stated that he had orded the key and it would be Wednesday before it arived. I told him to cancel the order and talk to Devon. When we picked up the key, Devon seemed to be beaming with joy as he handed us the key. I didn't ask why. Seperate from our experience, a good friend of mine when there to have his car fixed. Beyond repair, he found himself in the car market. He told me that "some lacky" who was "too full of himself" gave him a hard time and was overly pushy. I asked him who and surprizingly he said it was Jason. Given my experience, I believed him. I am amazed at this dealer. They continually mentioned this site over and over but obviouly don't know what is actually going on around them. Devon is the exception. Everyone else is a moron. More
