Easiest buying experience ever!!! Stopped by Kia to check out the 2019 Sorento's being advertised online. I have been researching cars the last few months, but couldn't find anything I liked as much as my Equinox, until now. Dan Trotter in sales approached me and was very up front from the moment we walked in the door. There wasn't all of the back and forth that normally comes along with car buying, or the added pressures. After going over figures, I was still uncertain about what to do. Then the manager came out and asked if I wanted to take the car for the remainder of the weekend to "try it out". Well it paid off in the end for both of us because we ended up keeping it. For anyone else like me who was wanting the third row option without going too large or sacrificing space, this is the car for you, and at a competitive price. More

Michael Fehl was my sales associate and he was knowledgeable throughout the entire process from the cars to the paperwork and financial information. The manager was easy to talk to and Very relatable giving me what i needed to make the deal that day. He was willing to go above and beyond to get me into my new car that Very day.Their financial staff fought for my loan deal and got me an Awesome deal! Went in pessimistic, left totally satisfied. I walked into Cochran expecting to not be able to purchase a vehicle, even though I needed one desperately. I still owed a good bit on my old car and I walked into Cochran expecting to not be able to purchase a vehicle, even though I needed one desperately. I still owed a good bit on my old car and didn’t expect to find something worthwhile that I could afford being upside down on my existing car loan. Dan, the salesman, was amazing, helped me find something in my budget, worked out financing, had all the details, and was quite pleasant and patient throughout the process. No haggling and I felt like I was treated well (huge difference from the last time I bought a car!). Can’t say enough about Dan and the sales management team at Cochran (I’m sorry, forgot the name of the sales manager but he was incredibly friendly and helpful!). I was surprised and happy to drive away with a vehicle that I love and felt they kind of worked a miracle for me. Thanks Dan and thanks Cochran team. More

Great experience! I drove my previous car for 16 years, so I was very much out of practice in buying a car. We wanted a Kia Niro EX and there aren't very left on the market, but Dan Trotter worked with us to find the exact car we wanted in the right color.
