You will be sorry to waste money if your dumb enough to pay for it. I decline services, service manager is an arrogant human, they don’t even say sorry. Their customer service is horrible and they treat you terrible when you don’t want their services. No wonder it’s #1 Cochran guess the only requirement is to be arrogant . Much better services when it was West Hills Nissan. Shame on them. The top customer care manager Harper won’t even resolve issues won’t even email about concerns he just forwards it to Bowser who is uneducated, who tries to belittle you as person. Just because you work at a dealership doesn’t mean you know anything about cars especially management. Dirk Harper should not hold a title of customer care manager it’s laughable he has zero idea how to even try to keep a customer. I had zero care from him he just forwards it along to his local Bowser buddy in service management at the location I have an issue with. Still waiting for the great explanations from Harper. Ha! Harper just go, he needs to climb back into the hole he came from. It’s a shame when you give a company a second chance and they just blow it. The only useful human who is polite and honest is Rob. He should probably go find a better team to be on. More
