Working with Subaru service has always been a pleasure and I fully intend to continue. We were looking for a new car late this summer and were deciding between a Honda CRV and Subaru Forester. Anna Johns at Cochran immediately talked to us and answered all our questions. We bought a new 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX in September of 2011. The clutch was faulty and every single time we took the car to Cochran they would keep the car the entire day and never fix the problem. Clay treated us like we were keeping him from something and brushed us off so fast. He wouldn't even listen to what we were saying. We left the car over night and were given a rental as a courtesy and after we dropped the rental off a day later, we were billed with a thousand dollar repair bill to the rental, even though there had been no damage to the rental when we dropped it off to return it. We got no where with the dealership and went to Dirk the Manger of Regional Operations. He was extremely rude to on the telephone, and did nothing for our troubles. This dealership is full of a bunch of thieves. They DO NOT fix your car. I took my 2006 Subaru Legacy in to get the belts that they installed in February fixed because six months later they were squealing and after they "fixed it" they were STILL squealing. The people are rude and they are only out for your money. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE. More
