I have purchased my last two vehicles from number one Cochran Subaru in monroeville. Both times Anna has helped me. I have never had such a great car buying experience. Once again Harry came through for us - for the third time. I was looking to down-size from a Forester about to come off of lease and Harry matched me up with a great Legacy sedan. The staff was very friendly from the receptionist to the sales manager. I haven't had any service yet so I can't comment on it. The only thing I would do differnt is make sure I know what options are on the car, thought the car came with fog lights and splash guards, but it came with the blueconnect instead. More

Buying a new car is always stressful. The sales and financial staff made it more pleasant than I expected.
