I took my vehicle there because my brother who works in the automotive industry told me that my wheel bearing needed to be serviced. I left the car with them for the whole day and after their inspection th the automotive industry told me that my wheel bearing needed to be serviced. I left the car with them for the whole day and after their inspection they could not find any problems with the car. When I picked up my car the tire pressure light was on the dash which it was not on when I dropped the car off. I turned around and pulled right back into the parking lot of the dealership and asked about the tire pressure. A worker told me it's probably a bad sensor just monitor it. I drove home thinking that was strange but I can put air in the tire if I have to. The next morning I came out of my house to find the car with a completely flat tire because they're multi-point inspection did not find the bolt that was jammed into the middle of the tire. I then proceeded to put some air in the tire to get to a different repair shop to get the tire fixed. And the next day my brother inspected the wheel bearing himself and in 30 seconds had two other mechanics agree that the wheel bearing was bad even though the dealership said there was no problem More
