I had a horrible experience with Matthew at the desk in the service department. My Eyesight warning kept telling me it was disabled. After being there around 1/2 hr. Matthew took me out to my car, to sh the service department. My Eyesight warning kept telling me it was disabled. After being there around 1/2 hr. Matthew took me out to my car, to show me everything should be taken off my dash. He even moved my EASY PASS. He took the air freshener off my mirror. The cameras are on the OUTSIDE of my car!!! This man has no business being in customer service at any DEALERSHIP! He’s an IDIOT! I’ve owned 7 SUBARU’S. I have enough experience I could sell ANYONE a Subaru. This jerk needs fired. The only reason I can think of, why he would do this is…. I am a women. I think he figured he could actually belittle me. He apparently hates women. More
