Their service is slow. I had an appointment to have a tire checked. I waited for the work to be done and it took 2 hours and 25 minutes. I asked to have my car returned aft I had an appointment to have a tire checked. I waited for the work to be done and it took 2 hours and 25 minutes. I asked to have my car returned after 1.5 hours since it was taking so long, that’s when I was told they were starting to work on it. I was also disappointed that if we wanted any food or beverage besides the water fountain or hot beverages we had to do to the Cadillac showroom. This made me feel unimportant to them. More
