Service Was traveling through the area when check oil light came on. Charlie in Service was AWESOME in helping us fix the problem and get back on the road. Good assessment for low oil light! Spoke with staff and had my oil checked when my oil light came on. This was earlier than expected. So instead of just changing the oil they started an Spoke with staff and had my oil checked when my oil light came on. This was earlier than expected. So instead of just changing the oil they started an oil consumption test. I never heard of this test. This was the return visit and no overt issues identified. My oil level is where it should be. Staff were pleasant and professional. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with some snacks, plenty of outlets, and TV. Thank you! More
Long wait for service completion. I took my 2014 Impreza in for an oil change and state inspection. I do not require an emissions inspection because of low mileage. So much so that when it was time for my son to purchase a car, I didn't want to go anywhere else. Mike did everything he said he was going to do when we purchased our new Subaru and then went above and beyond when my son was purchasing his used car. From my initial phone call with Christine, to the purchase of my son's car, Mike was with us every step of the way. He would always get back to me in a timely manner - even while he was on vacation. The next time any of my family members or friends want to purchase a car, Mike's name is the one and only one that will come to mind. He is a winner inside and out! Thanks Mike for being so awesome! But when I dropped my last one off to be serviced and they said they service it and never touched it.... I was mad I said it is in the same space no paper mats or seat covers!!! Paul the service manager showed me his wedding ring said I am a man of God I do not lie!!! What a two face liar!!! They never looked at it!!! We now take our one Subaru to sendel and I no longer drive one!! Bmw has way better service they drop you a rental and pick your car up!!! Thank you Paul for being a sales man for a different brand by your poor hospitality!!! More
