This is my first experience with Cochran and my first Subaru. Harry Gosnell was knowledgeable and helpful without high pressure. Jeff Gessler was helpful in sealing the deal. I had been shopping for a car for about a week and my friend recommended that I go to #1 Cochran for either a new or used vehicle. He referred me to Rocco if I was shopping used or Hyundai; he said Rocco friend recommended that I go to #1 Cochran for either a new or used vehicle. He referred me to Rocco if I was shopping used or Hyundai; he said Rocco was a down to earth guy and helped with his last two car purchases. I set up an appointment for Monday, but I went in on Saturday to look at some new Subarus first. Keisha was very friendly and helpful and allowed me to test drive a manual hatchback impreza that I had my eye on. I returned the vehicle, we talked about different cars and options and I went home to give it some thought. She told me to stay in touch and email her if I had a specific vehicle that I wanted to test drive during my appointment on Monday. Well, I did some more research and sent her an email and she responded the same day so by Monday I was able to test drive several vehicles until I found something that suited my demands. I cant stress enough how helpful/friendly Keisha was; I am a pain in the neck to deal with when I have to make a car decision. She managed to help me find a reliable car at a great price and at little-to-no hair pulling. Very friendly / approachable. I ended up liking a 2009 CPO Hyundai Elantra GLS Manual and I am so far satisfied with the condition and quality of the vehicle. Also in addition to the extra coverage they offered when I purchased the vehicle they also informed me up front that the vehicle was marked down from the sticker price, which was already close to the KBB value. Some places you have to know ahead of time what the car is worth and then haggle. Also, I cannot remember her name off the top of my head right now, but the lady who helped me with all of the paperwork and insurance hoo-ha was very helpful as well. Answered all my questions and helped me set everything up. Overall it was a great experience: Everyone was in a great mood, everyone was patient and just wanted to be helpful. They tell you that they want to help you by making everything simple and honest (pricing, financing, test driving, selection and customer service) and they follow up with that promise. I will definitely refer all future friends in the market for a different car to go to #1 Cochran first. More

We had a surprisingly good experience. A few weeks ago, I requested a quote from the dealer's website. They had more than 90 Imprezas in their inventory, and they had exactly the car that we wanted, even tho requested a quote from the dealer's website. A day later I got an email with a quote that was better than Edmunds.com's TMV. After dealing with some basic questions via email, we had our first in-person meeting with a sales person. My wife and I feared that we might get the typical run-around and games, now that they had us in the store, but there was nothing like that. Harry Gosnell sat down with us, restated all the information that the internet contact had given us, had us fill out a credit application for 1.9% - 36 months financing, and checked with the finance person. The whole meeting lasted about thirty minutes, and we got exactly what we had wished for. We were approved for financing and left a $500 deposit. Our car should come in within a week or so. If the service department matches our purchasing experience, we will be very happy with Cochran Subaru. So far, so good. More

We have purchased 6 new Subarus since 1986, the last two from the Cochran. One thing that impressed us was working with the same people from 5 years ago, meaning a solid company with experience. We spent 3 from the Cochran. One thing that impressed us was working with the same people from 5 years ago, meaning a solid company with experience. We spent 3 months shopping differnent brands and dealerships to be able to make the right decision for a new car. It turned out to be our 4th Outback at a fantastic price, first time we purchased two from the same dealership. My wife likes their big new Subaru service facilty. Subaru stands behind their vehicles and for a straight forward, no pressure, knowledgable deal ask for Ron and Jeff. For the financing and extended warranty Josh was also knowledgable and helpful in making the right choices. More
I feel as if the dealership and sales rep. went way above normal protocol. They helped me get the vehicle I wanted not the one I could afford.
