We had to bring our brand new Subaru Outback in for servicing of an inoperative Sunroof - which was bad enough for a brand new vehicle. Upon completion, my wife had to ask the attendant to clean the he servicing of an inoperative Sunroof - which was bad enough for a brand new vehicle. Later, some additional marks (grease?) were found on the light colored leather driver's seat. I will have to see if we can get them out. More

I purchased by Outback from Rich Earl in 2001 (when it was Bianci) and they serviced it for many years. As the car got older, I tried other Subaru service centers and independent mechanics, but returned was Bianci) and they serviced it for many years. As the car got older, I tried other Subaru service centers and independent mechanics, but returned to Cochran because they not only fixed it correctly, but had the best customer service. When employees are happy, it shows, and it tells you a lot about the management and the work they do. For these reasons I returned to Cochran and will stay with them as long as my Outback keeps going...hopefully for another 100K miles. More

Brought in the car for a Subaru recall. Usually do all my own automotive work but could not do this because of the recall. My WRX has over 130K miles on it so I also had them do a compression test and cy my own automotive work but could not do this because of the recall. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable and didnt treat me like I didnt know what I was talking about. Really appreciate that. Would definitely recommend them to others.
