I enjoy a good relationship with the service department and feel they do a great job. I've never had to return to have them correct something which wasn't fixed right the first time. The only complaint I would have is that I usually leave the car there the night before because I go to work very early but most of the time they don't take the car in until the afternoon to work on it. This has caused us to make special arrangements because the car wasn't finished that day mainly because a part was not in stock and had to be obtained from somewhere else. And there were no "loaner" cars available. More
