I have been driving the same vehicle since 1990. Shopping for a new vehicle was a big deal to me. Practically every dealership I went into creeped me out due to pressure and uninformative sales personnel. One salesman at a Honda dealership up the road insisted on talking to me about Hockey (which I don't like) and assumed every person that walks into his store feels privileged to even be looking at their selection. It was a total turn off. At that point, I decided to contact dealerships via internet and request dealer invoice prices. Cochran was the only dealership that didn't play games and got right to the point. As soon as I walked into Cochran Subaru, I felt a breath of fresh air.
