I have been driving the same vehicle since 1990. Shopping for a new vehicle was a big deal to me. Practically every dealership I went into creeped me out due to pressure and uninformative sales personnel. One salesman at a Honda dealership up the road insisted on talking to me about Hockey (which I don't like) and assumed every person that walks into his store feels privileged to even be looking at their selection. It was a total turn off. At that point, I decided to contact dealerships via internet and request dealer invoice prices. Cochran was the only dealership that didn't play games and got right to the point. As soon as I walked into Cochran Subaru, I felt a breath of fresh air. I wasn't gawked at and I was listened to with respect. Of course, every dealership wants their sale, but Cochran Subaru delivered what I was looking for. I worked with Shelly Catanzano. She was informative, cordial and laid back. And, she was able to to talk price without getting defensive or make me uncomfortable. I ended up getting exactly what I was looking for with the right price. Shelly's follow up was on the money. Call was answered right away. Friendly and helpful on phone. Upon arrival was waited on within 2 minutes and the whole wait time was less than 45 minutes. Great service. I drove an extra 20 minutes to come to this location vs. the closer dealer that never bothered to answer the phone when I called to make the appointment. I always receive excellant service! The guys are always friendly and answer any questions that I have. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Total service took 2 hours. I watched my car sit in the parking lot for an hour before they took it back into the shop. There was no message as to why this was taking so long. The place was not busy, there was one other person waiting in the room with me. I firmly believe that they forgot to take my keys back and the techs had no idea there was a "waiter" car there. Someone came in before me and was serviced and left before me and there total time was 1 hour. When I approached the clerk about it he bashfully said it doesn't normally take 2 hours long. When I asked why he said he didn't know and that they had a new guy in the shop. I asked what he could do to make me feel better about this he said nothing. I told him I have no problem taking my car to Bowser and he didn't seem to care. After I asked him to, he looked to see if there were any coupons that could be applied. He told me no. I will not be coming back to this dealership. More

From the moment I walked in, Keisha made sure I was the #1 priority on her list. She answered all my questions, she let me test-drive the car I came in for and another one she had in mind, and she was a w #1 priority on her list. I sometimes dread sitting in a dealership waiting, and it wasn't until I got home that I realized I had been there for more than 3 hours. I walked into the dealership expecting to just test-drive and walk around. Keisha made it possible for me to drive home with something brand new. And since my wife just bought from her last month, she remembered Bryna, my child Theo, and the entire experience. That's bonus points in my book. More
I was returning to Johnstown after driving past Cranberry to Baierl Subaru just to put a deposit on a 2013 Subaru Impreza. After being told that my 2008 Subaru was not worth very much I told that we could no to Baierl Subaru just to put a deposit on a 2013 Subaru Impreza. After being told that my 2008 Subaru was not worth very much I told that we could not do business they basically told me so what. When I reached Monroeville I decided to stop at Cochran and much to my pleasure they had the exact vehicle I wanted without waiting for it to come in and quickly took care of my needs. I got trade value I thought I should get and the final sale figure was almost exactly what I wanted to spend actually a little less. Thank you for the opportunity to provide you with our appreciation for the effort that Anna Johns provided us during our purchase of a 2013 Subaru Outback. She initiated my interest in buying a new car appreciation for the effort that Anna Johns provided us during our purchase of a 2013 Subaru Outback. She initiated my interest in buying a new car by calling me on the anniversary of my initial purchase of a Subaru Legacy in 2010 and asking if there was anything that I needed from Cochran. This was our third purchase of a new car from Anna and I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. She is thorough, friendly, non aggressive and we have always had the feeling that we were making the decision to purchase the car based on our needs. If we had a question Anna obtained the answer and never gave me the opinion that she was snowing me or giving the old sakes pitch. When our car was delivered she informed us immediately and stayed into the late evening to show us the operation of the navigation system, paired our phone and described litle things that were different from our Legacy. She checked our paperwork and discovered that we had not received credit for our unused mailes of our warranty on the Legacy. And to top everything off Anna saw that the moon roof window was dirty and not cleaned properly and got out the Windex and towels and cleaned the window. I have not always had this type of support from #1 Cochran but ever since I started dealing with Anna I have a different impression of this organization. Please see that she receives credit for being a top notch salesperson. Our last three puchases have been a great experience and if it were not for Anna Johns we would be dealing with another organization. More
