Anna Johns went to great lengths to accomadate every Question we had (and we had many)also she made shure we were satisfied with our trade and I will say I have driven buicks for twenty five years and after two hours Anna had us covinced of our wanting to purchase a new Subaru.Our sales expierience was great we just hope our SERVICE WILL MATCH. This was my very first time buying a car and #1 Cochran made this an easy and stress-fee experience. I worked with Shelly Catanzano for the test-drive and final purchase and from the very beginning she was made this an easy and stress-fee experience. I worked with Shelly Catanzano for the test-drive and final purchase and from the very beginning she was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. They had a car that just arrived which met the exact specifications I wanted and they were willing to hold it for me for two weeks (free of cost) while I figured out my out-of-state license and insurance stuff. They gave me a very competitive price for my 2012 Subaru Legacy compared to other dealers in the area and seem to have a great maintenance service plan. I had some worries about being taken advantage of since it was my first time buying, but I left the dealership feeling confident that I got a great deal and that I would be taken care of down the road. I don't have much car buying advice to give, but I would recommend stopping by and checking their inventory if you are in the process of looking for a Subaru. More
I brought my car in on 10/27/11, for the second time, to analyze and repair a clanking sound. The first visit resulted in a diagnosis of a misaligned hood, which was fixed, but which did not stop the sound analyze and repair a clanking sound. The second visit resulted in a diagnosis of loose heat shields on the catalytic converter, which were tightened and for which I paid $44.95. The sound persisted. Both these visits were arranged through Clay Coval. At the third visit the service supervisor rode in the car with me and immediately said that the sound was not related to the heat shields. A short time later he advised that a bolt holding up the fuel line was loose, causing the line to fall against a metal plate. He had the bolt tightened and the sound disappeared. I e-mailed Clay Coval about refunding the $44.95 I paid for not resolving the sound issue and he has never gotten back to me. I have otherwise been very satisfied with Cochran's service, from a day car rental to a recall that they dealt with promptly and professionally. Paula Harris More

Donna has been the most gracious sales person we've ever dealt with. Donna doesn't pressure us on any deals. If we want to think about it for a day or so she lets us. The only time she would tell us a deal had a time limit would be if there was a date specific rebate or rate involved in our transaction. She works so hard finding the right vehicle for us all the while making sure our personal needs are being met,(ie)asking if we need a drink or would you like something to eat she's such a doll.Donna knows that the customer always comes first.Donna has dealt with us in GMC , Pre-owned and in Subaru,all of which were outside of her specialty(Cadillac) but you wouldn't have known it. Vehicles we bought were in 1998 a 1998 GMC Safari conversion van, in 2004 we bought a 2003 Buick Rendezvous,in 2009 a 2009 GMC Sierra 1500 truck, and in 2012 we bought a 2012 Subaru Forester.My (5) children have bought (5) cars from her too (4) new and (1) used! Donna is a valuable asset to your company at least for us and our referred friends she is!! Our latest dealings with your company has brought Anna Johns to our attention. Anna took us to our new Subaru and explained all of the features of our newest buy. She was very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions we had which were many since we never owed a foreign car. I stopped in for an oil change, expecting to wait several hours. To my delight and surprise they treated me as though they were glad to see me (even though I did not have an appointment) and I was in and ou hours. I had a short window to design/build a new Subaru Outback for my daughter. Shelly and her team at Cochran hepled me build the car that made sense, provide pricing for it, locate one within 100 miles, transfe for my daughter. This was all done in a short amount of time at competitive pricing. Evryone at the dealership was knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely use #1Cochran again. More
